B'Twin Riverside 500 Hybrid

Our passionate design team has developed this hybrid bike for regular rides up to 50 km.

Get outside with the Riverside 500. Somewhat optimised for better ease of handling. Set out in comfort with the ergonomic saddle and grips as well as the telescoping fork.

Our engineers designed the hybrid frame using 6061 aluminium and lower geometry for an easy step through. This frame provides optimal comfort and great versatility. Inserts are included for a bottle cage and pannier rack.

Removable rear derailleur hanger.

3 sizes available: Size S from 1.50 m to 1.65 m. Size M from 1.65 m to 1.80 m.

Size L from 1.80 m to 1.90 m. 9 speeds with BTWIN SL569 shifter. Fast and easy shifter on the handlebars.

KMC X9 chain with quick release.

Rear derailleur: BTWIN RD M46-L. Anti-derailment ring.

Cycle safely on any terrain (dry/wet) thanks to the cable-operated disc brakes at the front and rear. Aluminium brake levers. With its semi-raised (620 mm) aluminium frame, the Riverside 500 provides optimum steering comfort.

For those in the know, this bike is equipped with: 1"1/8 aluminium stem. Semi-integrated headset in 1 inch 1/8. Two aluminium adjustment rings ("spacers"), 5 mm high.

Ergonomic grips for a natural grip in the hand. The Riverside 500 is equipped with an Odessa OS suspension fork with preload adjuster (1-1/8" steel pivot). The stiffness can be adjusted using a simple adjustment wheel.

60mm travel. Because it's important that your seat position is adapted to your riding style, our teams developed the exclusive B'Twin Ergofit Sport 500 saddle. Aluminium seat post, graduated for easier adjustment.

Collar dimensions = 32mm. Seat post diameter = 27.2mm. Tool-free saddle height adjustment (quick-release).

Head off on tours with the Riverside 500 equipped with black double-walled aluminium wheels. To transport your bike, the quick-release on the front and rear wheels makes them easy to remove. 28-spoke front and rear wheels.

The recommended pressure is: minimum 2.5 bar and maximum 4.0 bar (details on the tyre sidewall).

B'Twin Bikes

B'Twin are a popular choice of bike in the UK, partly due to their widespread distribution by Decathlon, and partly due to the value they offer. Their bikes are divided into several slightly overlapping ranges, with Triban best known for road and gravel bikes, and Rockrider gaining a reputation for high performing MTBs to suit every budget.
