New for 2022, the Braag steps up the game from the outgoing Voodoo Bantu with a hardtail mountain bike that'll help you hone your skills and discover new limits.

The Braag may be the entry-level model within Voodoo's range, but don't be fooled as it's designed to excel on everything from single track to your local trail centre. This off-road performance starts with a new alloy frame that incorporates dropped chainstays and a modern mountain bike geometry. The Braag has also upgraded to a 1x setup with the Microshift Advent 1x9 drivetrain providing reliable shifting.

Paired with a mighty 11-46 cassette, you'll always have enough gears to get over steep inclines. Then, when it's time to push your limits downhill, the hydraulic disc brakes will help you keep control with confidence-inspiring stopping power. To truly excel on the trail, a bike needs to be supported by components from the best brands - and the Braag doesn't disappoint.

That's why the Voodoo design team have turned to brands loved by UK riders to complete the Braag. The WTB Volt saddle has medium thickness padding ensuring great comfort and performance while its shaping supports pedalling. The knobbly profile of the Maxxis Ardent 2.25" tyres holds the bike firmly on the trail, with dependable grip around corners, while a ramped design to the centre tread lowers rolling resistance at speed.

Whether you're a beginner or are used to shredding your local trails, it's always possible to find new challenges and push yourself further - and you need a bike that'll grow with you as you develop as a rider. The Braag won't let you down! It's designed to be upgraded as you improve, starting with dropper post compatibility. Dropper posts are a must for avid mountain bikers and the Braag is specially designed to fit a dropper post.

At the front of the bike, the Braag benefits from a stronger 15mm thru axle that not only improves rigidity but is compatible with a wider range of forks and wheelsets - giving you plenty of options. Tubeless technology is becoming more popular than ever as it increases comfort and reduces the risk of punctures. That's why the Braag comes with tubeless-ready rims - all you need is a pair of tubeless-ready tyres and a tubeless conversion kit to run this popular upgrade.
