Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 11 Speed Power Meter Chainset
Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 11 Speed Power Meter Chainset
Shimano Dura-Ace 9100 11sp Power Meter Chainset
The Shimano Dura-Ace R9100-P Power Double Chainset has been totally re-engineered to provide you with the optimum balance of low weight and stiffness.
It features Shimano's 4-arm, hollow forged aluminium spider, which is compatible with various chainring tooth count options. In a first for Shimano, this model is also equipped with an integrated power meter with Bluetooth and ANT+ connectivity, providing you with in-depth power data to help to analyse and improve your performance. Accurate Readings in all Conditions Shimano have extensively tested this new power meter system to ensure its accuracy and reliability in all weather conditions.
The chainset is equipped with dual sided and internally hard-wired crank arm strain gauges, which provide a +/-2% power measurement accuracy regardless of your pedalling position. Easy to Maintain The power meter is powered with a simple rechargeable battery for easy maintenance. This battery can be updated wirelessly and is discretely mounted to the chainset's 4-arm spider.
This means you can change the chainrings without having to worry about affecting the power measurement. Lighter and stiffer Although the chainset's spider arms are noticeably wider to increase the stiffness, Shimano has still managed to lower the overall weight by 7g over the previous versions of Dura-Ace. The chainset has been adapted to ensure it is compatible with disc brake road bikes that have 135mm rear hub spacing and shorter chainstays.
Thanks to its wider chainring spacing this extra clearance has been introduced without any increase to the Q-factor.
Please note: Bottom bracket is NOT included.
Features: Integrated power meter with +/-2% strain gauge power measurement accuracy Power meter is waterproof and has a rechargeable battery Connects via Bluetooth or ANT+ for compatibility with most cycle computers Enhanced design saves 7g while maintaining rigidity Iconic 4-arm construction maintains high rigidity and reduces weight Optimised crank arm design strengthens key stress zones New chainring tooth profile is adapted for race bike specific disc brake systems Accommodates shorter chainstays (410mm) with 135mm OLD rear spacing Hollowglide chainring construction maintains smooth shifting whilst reducing weight and increasing stiffness Weight: 700g.

Shimano Power Meters
Shimano are a Japanese manufacturer primarily known for their cycling components, and to a lesser extent shoes and clothing. Founded in 1921, Shimano is widely believed to be the largest cycling component manufacturer in the world, having reached this status through a combination of innovation, reliability and value for money. Whatever your style of riding, whether it be road or MTB, Shimano will have a component range to suit your level and budget, from the low end Alivio and Tiagra to the professional standard XTR and Dura-Ace. Over the years, Shimano have revolutionised bicycle gear, brake and pedal systems, such as the recessed SPD, Hollowtech crank arms and smooth shifting Hyperglide sprockets. Initially their component range faced competition from Suntour, whereas nowadays their primary rivals for market share are SRAM and Campagnolo.
