Ale PRR Glass Bibs
Used to great effect by professionals and enjoyed by amateurs, the Graphics PRR Glass Bib Shorts combine fresh looks with technical and highly functional fabrics to create a short that excels over long distances and when you're on the rivet.
The Graphics PRR Glass Bib Shorts are designed to offer a lightly compressive race-focused fit, supporting your muscles as you put the power down and push the pace. Ale's Eyelet Carbon fabric can be found on the back panel, designed to dissipate electrostatic charges; this helps improve blood flow and maintain a stable temperature when the pressure is on and heat rises. Meanwhile, the side panels use a polyester fabric, with a controlled elasticity, to give compressive muscle support, total freedom of movement and unrestricted pedalling.
To the upper body, the bibs are high-stretch and again tailored to fit perfectly when in a riding position, so much so you'll barely notice them there when riding. The LG Stability System gets an update this season, now deeper than previous versions, these elastic leg bands, with silicon woven in, keeps the legs securely in place while distributing pressure across the thigh for an increase in comfort. Lastly, the Ale 4Hseat pad offers luxurious comfort for all your rides.
It's constructed from elastic micro-fibre with padding strategically positioned in the contact points and features a central relief channel to avoid stress on nerve endings. For the best comfort and support, padding density is calibrated for unbeatable comfort; high density 8mm deep 90 kg/cm2 padding is used where it's most needed in the ischiadic and perineal zones. This pad gives the very best combination of comfort, wicking, breathability and is also incredibly fast drying to ensure the utmost protection against the shocks and stresses of the road.
Seen on pro riders, Gran Fondo devotees and your local club-run, the Ale PRR shorts have a justified reputation for incredible comfort and beautiful fit. Try them yourself and we think you'll be impressed. Ale '4H' Chamois.

Ale Bib Shorts
Alé (pronounced similar to Allez, and not like Ale) is an Italian clothing brand located in Castel d'Ario, Lombardy, which began life as recent as 2013. It's parent company APG has much experience in manufacturing performance cycle wear since 1986, for companies such as Nike, and kit for teams such as Discovery and Motorola. Sister companies include DMT (cycling shoes) and (Mario) Cipollini bikes, so it's to say they know what they are doing. Their product ranges are aimed at road cyclists, and manufacturing still takes place in Italy, as opposed to using far eastern factories. The colours used in their garments tend to be bright (and possibly a touch garish in some cases!), but have proved popular amongst European cyclists. Wiggle were one of the first retailers in the UK to stock the Alé ranges, which are slowly gaining a reputation for being expensive yet quality garments.
