Even the sleeves are getting on the action, featuring Lycra (R) cuffs that create a seal against the elements, and taped seams at the shoulders. Aside from protecting you from the elements, perhaps the greatest advantage provided by the Classic Wind Jacket II is its practicality.

This is a jacket designed for the modern road cyclist, and so you'll find a zipped chest pocket with plenty of room for small valuables such as phones and keys, reflective detailing throughout that keeps you highly visible to other road users and a chin guard that helps to prevent irritation at the top of the zip, slightly offset to help cut down on draughts. The addition of a mini popper helps to reduce irritating billowing in the wind, and it's all rounded out by a slightly longer cut at the back to keep up coverage in the rider attack position.
