Northwave Ghost H2O Jacket
If you're racing and training in the rain then you'll definitely enjoy the protection of Northwave's Ghost H2O Water Repellent Jacket.
On the bike, the fit is sleek and comfortable letting you push the pace with ease. The Ghost H2O Water Repellent Jacket benefits from the windproof and water-resistant H20 Flex membrane, providing you with foul-weather protection when the cycling-gods decide you need a soaking and lash you with cold winds. It's only in torrential rain where you might want to throw on a rain shell but mid-race or during training the Ghost H2O will keep you riding for longer before that's necessary.
While the elements are kept out, the high breathability rate ensures sweat won't hang around when the pressure on the pedals increases. This is also complemented by the highly breathable napped Sitip Blizzard (R) stretch fabric underarm inserts, boosting moisture control where it's most needed. When it comes to slipping through the air smoothly the BioMap construction, ergonomic panels and seams plus four-way stretch all ensure a snug aerodynamic fit, minimising drag and optimising speed and momentum.
Shaped cuffs and the ergonomically shaped collar, with cosy napped lining, complete the aero-focused fit. Meanwhile, to the back, the three rear pockets provide space for all you racing and training essentials and reflective trims boost your visibility when cycling in lower light. Windproof H20 Flex membrane with up to 10,000mm waterproof protection.
BioMap construction positions cuts and seams for an ergonomic fit. Ergonomically shaped collar with napped lining is custom designed for a race position. 3 back pockets and a zipped side pocket with protective flaps printed with a reflective design.
YKK full zip covered by an inner storm flap. 360 degree reflective inserts. 100% Polyester.

Northwave Jackets
Founded by Gianni Piva in the 1980s in the Italian town of Montebelluna, Northwave is owned by the Piva family. It wasn't until the 1990s that products on cycling shoes began, having previously been a snowboard equipment manufacturer. 1993 marked their first MTB shoe, and in 1996, Paola Pezzo won the first XC MTB Olympic gold wearing their products. Success on the road followed shortly afterwards, with Ivan Gotti's victory in the 1997 Giro d'Italia, followed by a second Olympic gold for Pezzo in 2000. Subsequent iconic cyclists to have won using the Northwave brand include Cipollini, Gunn-Rita Dahle, Boonen, Gilbert and Cancellara.
