The Vector 3 single sided Power Meter pedals build on what Garmin learnt when developing its Vector 2 model.
Gone are the external pods, as now the ANT+ transmitter is integrated inside the pedals. Also, the accuracy of the strain gauges has been improved to within +/-1% and the stack height has been reduced to improve cornering clearance. Power Meter Pedal On One Side Unlike the pros, not everyone needs detailed left and right pedalling analysis of a dual-sided system.
Garmin's 3S model takes your power output from the left pedal and duplicates it to provide you with your overall power reading. Designed to be quick to install and easy to use, the Vector 3 pedals bring you in-depth analysis and full integration with your Garmin cycling ecosystem.
Features: The cutting-edge piezoresistive silicon strain gauges are protected and sealed inside each Vector pedal spindle, requiring no recalibration or adjustment Installs like any other pedal and quickly transfers between bikes Measures total power, cadence and cycling dynamics Sleek design provides greater cornering clearance and improved stack height Fully integrates with Garmin cycling ecosystem for data analysis Allows for easy updates via compatible Edge (R) cycling computers, ANT+ (R) connectivity or Bluetooth (R) -enabled fitness devices and Garmin Connect (TM) Mobile app Field calibration Adjustable release tension Garmin Connect (TM) compatible Battery Type: LR44/SR44 (x4) Battery Life: up to 120 hours (with LR44 battery type) Max.
