The SL Road Race is fitted with a Shimano 105 2x11-Speed groupset and Tektro hydraulic disc brakes.

Meet the SL Road Race - light, sleek and almost infinitely adaptable. Shimano's GRX 2x11 transmission puts a huge range of hill-flattening gears at your fingertips. Smooth, strong Tektro flat mount hydraulic disc brakes ensure you're always in full control.
The carbon fork filters out road buzz for a comfortable ride. And a full set of rack and guard mounts gives you options for equipping your bike just the way you like it. Aluminium Superlite Frame and Full Carbon Forks A light frame helps make a fast bike, but it's the details that really matter.
That's why, for the updated SL Road frame, Cube didn't just reduce the weight of its Superlite double-butted aluminium frame. Cube also fitted a full carbon fork - with mounting points for a lowrider rack - to help filter out vibrations from the road. Cube has also added flat-mount disc attachment points, for sleek looks and the best braking performance.
Mounting points for easy mudguard and carrier upgrades. The SL Road is finished off with thru-axles front and rear, to ensure safe and predictable handling for fast inner-city errands and long-distance bikepacking adventures.
