Not seen at the Giro d'Italia for nearly 70 years, the Maglia Nera was awarded to the Grand Tour's last-place finisher between 1946 and 1951.
Like the Tour de France's Lantern Rouge, it was a prestigious honour signifying the fight to the finish and the glory of finally reaching the end of three weeks hard riding.
Features: Italian-made 50/50 merino/polyester blend fabric gives a natural look with a soft hand, stretch and excellent moisture management. Flocked Giro d'Italia tone-on-tone logo on the front. Woven Castelli scorpion logos. Rubberized raised Giro d'Italia logo on sleeve. Gold-tone metallic zipper pull in the form of the Trofeo Senza Fine. 18 degrees -32 degrees C / 65 degrees -90 degrees F recommended temperature range. Weight:150g (approx. - size dependent).
