The Castelli Heritage Maglia Nera harks back to the history of the Giro d'Italia in design and materials while providing modern comfort and performance.
Not seen at the Giro d'Italia for nearly 70 years, the Maglia Nera was awarded to the Grand Tour's last-place finisher between 1946 and 1951. Like the Tour de France's Lantern Rouge, it was a prestigious honour signifying the fight to the finish and the glory of finally reaching the end of three weeks' hard riding. Italian-made 50/50 merino/polyester blend fabric gives a natural look with a soft hand, stretch and excellent moisture management.
Flocked Giro d'Italia tone-on-tone logo on the front. Woven Castelli scorpion logos. Rubberized raised Giro d'Italia logo on sleeve.
