Topeak Bags
Topeak is a primarily known as cycling accessory company, which has operated since 1991. They first launched the survival toolbox, a compact emergency tool set which clipped to any bike frame. The following year the Topeak QuickClick bag system was brought out, enabling cyclists to quickly swap compatible bags between bikes thanks to a clip attached to the underside of their saddle. Shortly afterward the 49g SuperLight tubular water bottle cage was introduced. Other notable innovations include the 1995 Twinhead (schrader and presta valve compatible pump head), the iconic Alien multi-tool in 1996 and Quick Release Beamrack / Trunkbag system in 1997. The Hexus multi tool was established in 2001 and ever since the brand have sought to refine and improve their product ranges, with offerings in the bags, pumps, tools and bike lights accessory markets.

About Wiggle
I originally found this deal at Wiggle, who are widely established as one of the biggest cycle retailers in the UK. The first incarnation of this giant was as a small bike shop based in Portsmouth, named Butler Cycles. A few years later this evolved into Bikes @ Butlers to highlight their intentions to move the business online with the .com boom and subsequent rise in online sales. At the end of May in 1999 Wiggle.co.uk was launched by Mitch Dall and Harvey Jones. A rapid growth resulted in a need to move premises, and so in 2002 it relocated to Jackson Close, Portsmouth. This strong growth continued, and Wiggle has relocated twice since, the first being to Lakeside 1000, and then leaving Pompey altogether for a huge warehouse located centrally in Wolverhampton. Similarly to CRC, Wiggle stock many own brands, such as dhb, Eastway, Lifeline and Verenti, as well as bike, components and clothing from all of the leading manufacturers. Despite it's origins as a bike shop, Wiggle continue to stock equipment and apparel for not just road cycling and mountain biking, with extensive product lines for other disciplines such as triathlon kit, children's and commuters products and also running clothing and accessories. Prompt in delivery, and offering efficient returns and competitive pricing, Wiggle remain a firm favourite amongst serious and recreational cyclists alike, not least because of the customary bags of Haribo they include free with orders to keep their customers sweet!
