This is the Topeak DeFender RC11 Rear Road Mudguard, designed to be a stylish mudguard for road racing bikes.

It quickly straps to the top tube/seat tube junction and can be removed in seconds. The unique DuaLink adjustment allows you to optimize the fender position on any road frame size or shape. The RC11 is made of high impact plastic weighing only 98g and the highly polished underside prevents dirt build-up.
