Weighing 831g, Zee M640 crankset provides a single chainring up front for 10 speed MTBers. Available in black, and constructed from alloy, it is plenty stiff enough for trail riding, yet light enough not to add too much of a weight penalty. It's a Durable, reinforced crankset, with the thick wall aluminium construction on the Zee two piece cranks and reinforced steel axle providing additional confidence on the trail. With an axle 30% stronger than comparable trail cranks and smooth running, accurately aligned chain wheels, the Zee crank will perform reliably - run after run. The crank arm features outboard bearings and steel pedal inserts. Shimano introduces Zee, a new line of gravity components that are an ideal starting point for aggressive riders and racers. Zee is the gateway gravity component line that allows riders to get on board with Shimano’s gravity program and experience premium new component technologies at a price they can afford.
