The frame is constructed from a 6061 alloy which is both lightweight and strong.

Disc Rims: Syncros X-20 Disc 32H / black Tyres: Kenda Slant 6 2.35 / 30TPI The Aspect 740 comes equipped with a Suntour fork which features 100mm of premium suspension travel and a remote lockout mechanism allowing you to optimise your ride control. Drive comes in the form of a Shimano 27 speed drivetrain which provides exceptional shift quality and further enhances the bikes low weight characteristics.
Scott have selected the Shimano BR-M315 disc brakes for this model, offering powerful and progressive braking in all weather conditions. The Aspect 740 is designed around a wheel size of 27.5 inches, on this model they come in the form of Syncros rims complemented with a pair of Kenda Slant tires. The bike is stunningly finished with a host of Syncros components that will make any rider feel like they can go toe to toe with the world's finest.
