The Prologo Zero-II CPC Saddle with TiroX Rails is an ideal saddle for short or medium distance riding where a frequent change in position is necessary. Featuring unique CPC technology, carbon fibre injection base and a microfibre cover.SHAPE: Flat END USE: Road. Features: TiroX Rail - Rail light-alloy steel, this material is highly resistant to traction, and torsion for its light weight it's for these reasons it is used in used in the aviation and aerospace industry. TiroX then turns out to be a rail with a good balance between weight and strength, that doesn't fear the normal stress that addresses a bicycle. Connect Power Control - Prologo's patented name for these new saddles featuring dense bunches of short, suction cup like gel polymer tubes. This technology has been used in Moto GP and Formula 1, largely in gloves for the racers, but Prologo are the only ones to use it in cycling. The CPC spots nano-structural shock absorbers which protect the muscles against stress and oscillation whilst riding, reduce the effects of fatigue and improving recovery time. Grip is also vastly improved as the hollow CPC Volcano heads enlarge the surface area of the saddle, while the CPC heads in all the optimal contact areas reduce slip improving power output and control. The elastic polymer CPC heads absorb shock by expanding at their bases on impact. The ergonomic, lightweight design allows air movement and cooling. The CPC polymers vary in density and use the athletes kinetic energy to actively manipulate the skin surface to stimulate nerves and improve blood circulation, preventing numbness. About Chain Reaction Cycles
This product is for sale at Chain Reaction Cycles, one of the largest online cycle shops in the world. Opening in 1985, and starting off as a small independent bike shop in Ballynure, it moved to Ballyclare in 1989 and is now based in Doagh (all in Northern Ireland). In addition to regular local service, Chain Reaction Cycles (or CRC as it is often abbreviated to) established itself as a mail order business via advertisements in bicycle magazines; this continued until 1999 where it launched it's now famous website at ChainReactionCycles.com. Their blue themed website stocks around 90,000 products ranging from MTB & Road cycling equipment, to triathlon, BMX and running kit. As per several other leading bike shops, Chain Reaction produce their own product ranges, under brands such as Brand X. To this day CRC sponsor many cycling events, and due to the company's size and efficiency are able to offer very competitive pricing on cycle equipment. In 2016 Wiggle acquired Chain Reaction Cycles, although the two websites continue to operate independently of each other, both with their own distinctive branding and product ranges.
