The BAYAMO is fast and trim, meeting the highest standards for aerodynamics, stiffness and comfort. Featuring NEILPRYDE's unique Kamm-tail airfoil. The Kamm-tail is seamlessly integrated into the trailing edges of the fork, seat tube and seat stays, further increasing stiffness-to-weight ratio and improving aerodynamics.

The down tube is 10% wider than those found on other leading time trial bikes and up to 60% stiffer than traditional airfoils. PU Molding in the head tube and bottom bracket shell ensures high tolerance control of wall thickness. Headset cups and dropouts are full carbon.

Specific carbon lay-up in the rear triangle ensures a more compliant ride than traditional Triathlon/TT bikes. The Bayamo features internal cabling and is also Shimano Di2 compatible, three bolt bottle mounts provide a lower position when using one bottle therefore reducing drag, horizontal rear dropouts contain a grub screw for accurate setting of the rear wheel position in relation to the sculpted seat tube. Shimano Ultegra 11 Speed Groupset With plenty of technology taken from Shimano’s top of the line Dura Ace groupset and only a minor weight penalty over its more expensive sibling, it is no wonder the 11 speed 6800 Ultegra groupset has been so highly rated in the cycling press.

The shifters and derailleurs incorporate Shimano’s Vivid Shift technology, with a light but positive feel all the way through the 11 speed drivetrain, giving you the gear you want, when you want it, with the minimum of effort. The 4 arm chainset is lighter but still stiffer than most 5 arm designs. The four offset arms provide stiffness where it is needed most in the pedal stroke, ensuring all the effort you are putting in with your legs goes straight to the rear wheel.

The symmetrical dual pivot brakes provide excellent power with minimal effort reducing fatigue in your hands and arms, especially on long rides. NeilPryde finishing Kit The Profile T2 wing bar is a light and stiff base bar. This is fitted with Profile Aero extensions and matched with NeilPryde's own finishing kit to provide great performance and value.
