Top quality bib shorts like CXR Ultimate don't increase your top speed. What they do is help you maintain that top speed for longer. Combined with Mavic's CXR tops they also give you an incredibly aerodynamic silhouette, making them ideal for fast, flat stages. Key to staying fast is the new ergo 3D Pro Insert. It features progressive cushioning with three different densities of foam: softer by your skin and harder by the saddle for super vibration dampening. The 3D shape fits against your saddle. And the insert comes in two different overall densities and thicknesses - so whether you're lighter or heavier you get exactly the cushioning you need. These shorts also feature Skin Power and Skin Wick ST fabrics that wick away sweat. And they come with a longer leg, with an in-seam length of 30cm. Features: Material: Side:76% Polyamid, 24% Elastan. Bottom: 74% Polyamid, 26% Elastan New Ergo 3D Pro Insert offers comfort and performance due to progressive cushioning with 3 different densities and 6 different thicknesses of 3D pre-shaped foam New construction bib that fits perfectly with CXR top for a smoother fit and increased breathability The Ergo Grip SL stays in place and reduces drag Skin Power and Skin Wick ST help evacuate moisture away from the skin

Founded in 1889 by Charles Idoux and Lucien Chanel, Mavic are a bike component and clothing manufacturer, primarily known for strong yet lightweight rims. The famous yellow logo has appeared on hoops for many victorious professional riders throughout cycling's rich history. In 1934 Antonin Magne won the Tour De France on their Dura tube rimmed wheels, which weighed nearly half that of their competitors. Clothing and footwear are more recent addition to the Mavic stable, and have a reputation for being functional yet affordable.
